Once your reservation has been confirmed by receipt of payment, we will send you an e-mail address through which you will need to book your room.

The discount price for the hotel is ONLY available to the first 50 reservations via the specific e-mail address provided.

Hotel rooms can only be booked via the e-mail which will be sent to you upon receipt of the reservation fee.

Please note that there will be no childcare service offered at the conference.

Location of the hotel

The hotel is located right next to the harbour in the centre of Tallinn. Hotel guests can find a grocery store and restaurants in the shopping centre adjacent to the hotel.

Tallinn’s Old Town is 700 metres from the hotel, along with many cafés, restaurants and shopping centres.

Arrival from the airport

The hotel is located 5 km from the airport and a taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost about 10 euros depending on the taxi provider. As an alternative, you can book a ride-sharing service with BOLT or UBER to pick you up from the airport car park for a lower price.

Arrival from the harbour

The hotel is located right next to Terminal D in the Tallinn harbour. Terminals A, B and C are also a 5-10 minute walk away.
